Strongest suggestion I have is the Razer Naga. Never slow down, and never believe someone that says slowing down will eventually speed you up. You know what you're doing already with a mouse, adding a drawing pad into the mix will only slow you down. Your best bet would be to buy 7 high end gaming mice instead of the cintiqu because the use of the mouse is a much more efficient method. It'd be good for a very small number of things like digital faders or adjusting parameters or curves but beyond that you're still going to want to use a mouse. They run from 700-2000 but you can actually look at what you're doing with where you're using your pointer. That said, if you're intent on trying for for an Intuos Cintiq. Coming from a background of graphic design I actually heavily recommend against the entry level ones due to their inefficient design. "not a tool for audio" …why?I should rephrase that I guess, the low level ones you can buy at best buy are pretty much exercises in futility due to the time it would take you to develop your hand eye coordination.
Regardless of the scroll direction setting in System Preferences (Natural or not), the additional scrolling is always down (i.e.Like i say.never used one but always keep an open mind. 
Using the scroll wheel appears to be set to scroll 3 lines per click, so the additional scrolling when using the track pad may be sending one or two "scroll wheel click" commands.
A regular Windows style USB mouse plugged into the Mac scrolls and right clicks as expected with no additional scrolling.
The same behavior is seen with the built-in trackpad (MacBook Pro 15-inch) and a connected Magic Trackpad. In my case, it scrolls 3 lines (half the right click distance). After scrolling up or down, the view will scroll down after you lift your fingers from the trackpad. In my case, it scrolls down 6 lines in a text based view. Right clicking using the two-finger tap gesture causes the view to scroll down before invoking the context menu (which then appears on the wrong object). On macOS changes are evident, but this has no effect on receiver. I tried to modify the scroll sensitivity in the system preference of macOS. Small finger movement cause the scroll of entire pages on the remote PC. Magic mouse and magic trackpad normally works very fine, but with the ZCentral Remote Boost the scroll sensitivity is extremely high. Sender: Supermicro SuperServer with Kubuntu 20.04.1 LTS and Sender - Version: 20.8. Receiver: MacBook with macOS 10.15.7 (19H114) and Receiver - Version: 20. This is my first installation, so I don't know if this issue affects all mac receiver versions or only the latest.
